Job Responsibilities:
1. Register customer complaints and create a customer complaint list.
2. Organize relevant departments to analyze and review problems reported by clients, develop corrective and preventive measures, and formulate short-term and long-term measures for client feedback issues.
3. Generate 8D improvement reports for client feedback issues, respond to clients, and be responsible for communication and exchange regarding client feedback quality issues.
4. Follow up on customer complaints and generate weekly and monthly quality reports.
Job Requirements:
